Bexley Fish & Raw Bar is thrilled to welcome Chef Kevin Mitchell, celebrated author and master of the culinary arts, for an unforgettable evening celebrating the launch of his new book, Taste the State: Georgia. Together, we’ll explore the vibrant flavors and stories behind Georgia’s rich culinary heritage. The evening’s menu will feature some recipes straight from the book, prepared by Chef Mitchell as he created them, and some recipes reimagined with Chef Jeremy Holst's own Southern coastal twist.
