COME HUNGRY LEAVE AS FAMILY
Starting from the humble beginnings of the dish pit, Jeremy knew this kitchen life was for him. Born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Holst spent a lot of time with his Grandparents who lived on Bexley Street in North Charleston. His Grandmother's family were farmers and she often cooked with Jeremy, ingraining the love of southern cooking. This home was where his mother grew up and where he would dream of one day opening his own place. Several years later Holst and his family moved to Summerville with the possibility of chasing the dreams born at Bexley. When you enter Bexley you are family and we are so humbled to have you dine with us.
